How the Geography affected the people of Greece.
The Geography of Greece affected the people because they built city-states on the hilltops to protect then from other city-states. It also made all the city-states isolated and because of that each city-state had its own government, holidays, practices, own focuses. Also the mountains made trade challenging so they sailed to different places to trade they didn't trade with other Greeks. It was difficult to farm because of all the mountains but the plains were perfect for farming. Since the city-states are separated the don't get along and they sometimes cut off each other trade routes.
